  This new lab facility is 41,000 SF will house 350 servers running at 10Kw per rack. This will allow Sun to consolidate multiple current lab facilities into this new building and at the same time be more efficient in their use of servers and building space. This building will have its own chiller plant as well as being 100% redundant in Electrical Power and Mechanical systems as this building is mission critical to Sun. There is also planned expansion space for additional 250 server racks to allow Sun to utilize this building for the foreseeable future. |
