  With the goal of re-uniting the mostly abandoned mill with the town of Collinsville, this residential revitalization project seeks to connect the town center to the river frontage in the mill and provide the town with a historically sensitive residential community. These historical ties between the mill and the town, and the intense existing character of the site all played important roles in the development of the Master Plan. This 62 unit project includes the rehabilitation of several existing buildings, and the addition of new townhomes adjacent to the town center. |
