  Comprehensive renovation of an existing 40,000 SF historic mill building and new 25,000 SF addition to accommodate a corporate headquarters for a regional financial institution. Work on the historic building includes the addition of a mezzanine level in the existing double-height space, reconstruction of the exterior shell and a completely new interior space. New construction includes a tower on the south end of the building facing the Merrimack River and Route 495 and a smaller tower on the north end of the footprint. |
