  The goal of this project is to provide an alternate style of student living to the population of Louisiana State University, which shares property boundaries with this site. The residential units on this site are all two floor townhomes that are clustered into small groups on and arranged on the site to provide access to consolidated green space, and create smaller neighborhoods within the overall development. Units include full kitchens, dining, living, and four bedrooms, with an overall parking ratio of 1space / bedroom. Also located on the site is a large clubhouse with indoor and outdoor amenities for the residents including game rooms, study lounges and pool access. |
