  The new Elliot Hospital Medical Center at Londonderry, NH will be constructed as a multi-phase development totaling 150,000 SF. Phase I of this new outpatient facility includes a 49,000 SF primary care, urgent care and radiology department. Phase 2 incorporates a 30,000 SF medical office building; phase 3 is a 15,000 SF medical office building; and, phase 4 is a 60,000 SF medical facility. Large atriums allow light to penetrate into the building facilitating patient orientation access to various departments. Distinct functional uses within this building are connected by glass pedestrian links that provide direct access through the entire building. Working with the town of Londonderry and the Historical Commission, the design of this new facility complements the surrounding residential areas and meets the physical space requirements of the hospital. CUBE 3 Studio was instrumental in moving this project through state and local regulatory boards in an expedited manner, receiving approvals in only four months. |
