The facility planning study began with a goal to provide a state-of-the-art facility that was cost effective, flexible, and would be able to maintain continued department operations during implementation. Proposed solutions will address these issues and seek to further the overall goal of creating an exceptional staff and patient environment.

The facility must project an image that is consistent with The Elliot’s status as a non-profit organization and a leader in the industry. The need to accommodate program requirements was constantly tested against assumptions that new building space was required to upgrade and expand departments.
