  Comprehensive interior renovation and fit-up of an existing 5,000 SF corporate office space for the New England Regional Headquarters of JPI Development. Although the design is intended to provide a fresh look and higher quality image to the office, all finishes and proposed renovations have been carefully reviewed with respect to cost control. Construction feasibility and phasing were also critical elements, as the office remained operational during renovations. |
