Riverfront mixed-use development and revitalization project in the heart of the Historic Lawrence manufacturing area. This project involves the complete re-positioning of a 185,000 SF three floor
mill building.
Currently in the schematic design phase, the building is planned to include residential, office, restaurant, retail and light manufacturing.
Part of one of the largest mill complexes in the country, this project involved comprehensive
building assessment and analysis for Six buildings totaling over 1.5M SF on the river front in
Lawrence, MA. Detailed quantitative and qualitative models were created to categorize, and analyze the different spaces available in the buildings. These models incorporated data and market analysis from the surrounding community, and were used to determine appropriate use, adjacencies, and space allocations in the overall master plan. This analysis, and the subsequent master plan have formed the basis for the overall redevelopment of the complex. Construction is ongoing, and additional acquisitions are being added to the site development.
