About This Project

Cambridgepark Apartments

Cambridge, MA

For this project, our team worked in partnership with The Hanover Company to develop a six-story, multi-family residential building on Cambridgepark Drive near the Alewife MBTA Station. The 398 luxury apartments are built over a concrete podium, shared parking garage, which replaced an existing surface parking lot and whose purpose is to enliven the area.

This project also involved the development of a large plaza that houses a lively public space for pedestrians and bicyclists that is away from the street edge. The plaza consists of landscaped areas, public seating and open gathering spaces.
