AVA North Point is the six-story mixed-use residential and retail development in Cambridge, MA from developer Avalon Bay Communities. A joint venture between Kyu Sung Woo Architects and CUBE 3, the project consists of amenities such as a fitness center, an elevated courtyard, a swimming pool, a dog wash, a bicycle repair shop, and multiple lounge areas for residents including an IPE patio tucked underneath a two story high cantilever adjacent to the Green Line’s tracks. A two level underground parking garage has also been incorporated for residents of the development.
